In everyday life, the varied exercise that keeps us healthy is often neglected.
Targeted physical activity has a positive effect on mental health. Our motivating and varied program combines elements from current fitness trends such as aerobics, body shaping, and Pilates. Accompanied by pop culture music from the 80s to the present day, you'll improve your endurance, strength, and flexibility in a fun way. Of course, stretching and yoga exercises are also included to help you relax.
This full-body workout requires no equipment or weights – we use only our own body weight. The training level is flexible and can be individually adapted to your age and personal requirements, from gentle to challenging.
