Sauna & enjoyment days

During our sauna and pleasure days, even more relaxation is the order of the day at the Quellenhof! Guests aged 18 and over can spend the whole afternoon in the relaxation and sauna area of the house indulging in the art of enjoyable sweating with great infusions presented by our experienced sauna masters (to be announced). The days can be perfectly celebrated with a gin tasting on Monday, a fine beer tasting on Tuesday, an exclusive wine tasting on Wednesday and finally a unique whiskey tasting on Thursday. On top of that, you will receive a small farewell gift from us for further enjoyment at home.

The infusions take place in the afternoon from Sunday to Friday.
Optionally, a heat treatment in the banja tent can be booked at the QSPA reception for an additional charge.

The banja is a heat treatment using high-quality oak and birch brushwood, in which the entire body is massaged, rubbed and patted. With these massages and temperatures between 50°C and 65°C and a humidity of 50%, blood circulation is promoted and blockages and tensions can be released. The essential oils of oak have an anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effect.
