Sauna & enjoyment days

During our sauna & enjoyment days, even more relaxation is the order of the day at the Quellenhof! Guests aged 18 and over can indulge in the art of pleasurable sweating all afternoon in the relaxation and sauna area of the house with great infusions presented by our experienced sauna masters (Diana & Andreas, Ditta Kiss, Alan Pikon and Uli Schnabel). The days can end perfectly with a wine tasting on Monday and an exclusive gin tasting on Wednesday. On top of that, you will receive a small farewell gift from us for further enjoyment at home.

The infusions take place in the afternoon from Monday to Friday.
Optionally, a heat treatment in the banja tent can be booked at the QSPA reception for an additional charge.

The banja is a heat treatment using high-quality oak and birch brushwood, in which the entire body is massaged, rubbed and patted. With these massages and temperatures between 50°C and 65°C and a humidity of 50%, blood circulation is promoted and blockages and tensions can be released. The essential oils of oak have an anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effect.
